Dropping weight, but body looks the same..

I'm down about 15 lbs and hope to drop another 10 lbs - I went from 205 lbs and now about 190 lbs. I'm 6', 25 yrs old and I've been watching what I eat as best I can. Because of work and school, I lift Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I do cardio each of those days as well for about 15 minutes.

My dilemma is that my body is still looking the same. I don't know how to quite explain it, but i've dropped pants sizes from 36 to 32 and I can tell that i'm thinner, but with my shirt off, I still look the same as if I was at 205 lbs. I'm looking to get more cut and to get a six pack.

I was thinking if I drop down to 180lbs, it will be easier to look more cut. I'm starting to think otherwise. Any recommendations on different routes that will help me reach my goals?

My Meals

Breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled with mushrooms, onions, garlic.
Snack - Nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds, cranberriies)
Lunch - Chicken breast, apple, carrots
Snack - Nuts - same as above
Dinner - Tilapia or Chicken with salad that has onions and mushrooms

If you are losing inches and lbs you Clearly are doing something right. Just keep it up

Yup, Steve nailed it. You're your own worst critic bro and that's probably common to a lot of people !!!!

Why do you think you look the same? maybe just because you look at yourself everyday then it seems nothing change.

post before and after pics and we will tell you if there is a difference.. you see yourself everyday so you aren't gonna notice changes on your own.

Spot on. I went from 300 at 6 ft to 235 at 6 foot 5, and couldnt tell a difference until one day I looked at my before and afters. No joke.
