Drol,Test and deca cycle

Evening need some advise on pct.

Am 33 weighing 196lb been and done 2 small cycles.
Am looking to do

Week 1-4 50mg Drol
Week 1-10 300 Deca
Weeks 1-12 Test

Advice on pct as read different things so thought it would be easier to seek advice.

Advice on running AI at what dose?
And is this to much for a 3rd cycle?

My "too much/not too much" meter is like waaay off, so I'll refrain from commenting there.
Look up the scally pct. Asin starting at 12.5 EOD to fight the estro if needed, I go if needed, others go from the beginning

PCT is different for everybody. Thousands of dosages out there. how do you react to dosages of certain compounds matters completely. Just buy arimidex, nolva, clomid, HCG, and look at average dosages, then stick to them. If you notice estro side effects raise/lower dosages. Everybody wants a cookie cutter formula but it boils down to your own ability to handle compounds. You're not going to like my response as many don't but eventually if you make cycling a common ordeal youll thank me later. Just the truth.
