You need to develop a taste for water because it is critical to a good, healthy diet. You can use things like Crystal Light, herbal teas, etc. but those still have sweeteners, etc. Not to mention the cost - consider if it is recommended to drink 1 to 1 1/2 gal of water / day, that's an awful lot of Crystal Light & that stuff is not cheap. You can squeeze some fresh lemon or lime into ice water for flavor. But definitely water, just plain old water, is your best friend!
