Drinking on anna

Why would you want to drink while on it?? A few casual drinks here and there is ok...but to go out..get wasted and party a lot makes no sense to me..if you are going to spend the funds then eat a clean diet and train hard...you dont train as well w/ hangovers and the drinking does nothing but add empty calories, etc..why hinder your progress....I would go balls to the walls training and make the best of what I got...leave the other shit for another time.

Relative to some other AS like winny, its not as bad on the ol' liver, but it still adds more stress. As with anything -- moderation is the key. It seems like for the cost & effort of doing a cycle, it would be optimal to do the whole thing right and get the most out of it. A few drinks doesn't hurt - but lots is just totally stressing your body, extra carbs -> nice insulin spike, etc.

You might do a search on the topic of drinking on a cycle or cruise the AS board -- I've seen it discussed.

A glass or two or wine isn't an issue. Getting totally trashed is. Regardless of whether or not you're on anything, it makes no sense to get hammered on a regular basis and expect to make gains.

Pissed off!!!!

I'm friends with Lindsey and to let all of you know she is 20 years old and shouldn't be in a bar or drinking regardless. As for a glass of wine or two at dinner. Believe me when she drinks even one glass she is DRUNK! For anyone to condone social drinking to a young girl on AS is very selfish. Sure some of you may drink casually while on AS. Is it recommended no. Can damage possible occur? Yes!! Just like sides can occur, there is the possibility!
I'm sure you'll read this post Lindsay so just so you know. When you were given Anna you promised you would take every precaution that I told you. Asking these questions makes me mad and also wish that you had never gotten it.
The fact that you can't lay off the booze for two-three months shos me that you obvioussly don't have the potential to fully dedicate yourself to this so..........................

Mr. SKinny!!!!! I am too dedicated, just wonedring why? Why?? To all sorts of questions. I know what you said to do, and I listen to you 100%.... You are the best!!! No stress.....I am seriouse about it. I promise. You are so funny. Thank you so much for looking out for me, I really appreciate it. See you soon.

If she's 20, she has no f***ing business taking AAS and I'd be far more concerned about that than one glass of wine with dinner.

The occasional one or two drinks while on AAS concern is way overrrated. If anything it may help reduce the risk of coronary artery disease risk that is worsened by oral AAS. On a low dose of OX the additional burden to the liver is negligible.

Linds
Another Friday night rolls by and you go out again and get shit-faced. This doesn't sound like an occasional drink Linds. If you can't be cautious then you shouldn't have started. As for the low burden of Ana on ones liver as stated by Wilson6. Sorry pal, I guess that MAYBE some may be able to go out and have a glass of wine or a rum/coke. It's the ones that abuse this that should be told not to go around abusing either of the two substances. I had a friend that was taking AS and ended up in the hospital because he decided getting drunk was ok. The stress on his liver in combination of the AS he was taking landed him in the hospital, damaging his liver. So should ojne take a risk? NO! If you want to take risks, go the Fu*k home and get off AS because you don't have the dedication.
Sorry for the bad french but this subject really gets me pissed..
Remember 20 years old... Still a kid to me!

Good words from both Mr. Skinny & W6 -- the whole point of what we are doign on this board is try to temper the temptation to jump on AS as a magic pill to "get toned & lose some bodyfat" -- its not a thing to be scared of if used correctly, but its also not something to take lightly. It does affect your body in ways that arent' immediately apparent and it needs to be considered seriously.

On the chat board they say the women's board is way too uptight -- but frankly it seems that the serious part of AS gets taken very lightly and it really needs the occassional flaming or strong words from a couple of posts to get that across.

Good job kids! :)
