I purely do this out of convenience and it's a great source of protein. They're pasteurized so drinking them is not a problem. How many of you guys do this?
Dab a bit of macadamia nut oil on a pan man and cook them.

No they're not at all...I don't know what kind of egg whites your buying..
500g of pasteurized egg whites are about 800mg of sodium that's about 30% of daily intake.
Where u from? I'm in aus and our pasteurized egg whites don't have anywhere near that amount of sodium
