Today I didn't really have the greatest diet again today... But I definitely did have a caloric defecit... so thats good... but once again... it seems like each day I am dropping a little fat..
Diet
830am
Banana
900am
protein bar
11:00am 1 slice ham and pineapple pizza
12:15pm 1 turkey breast sandwhich 100+ grams turkey
3:15 workout
4:30 2 slices ham & pineapple pizza
7:30 a slurpee (soo baaaaaaaaaaaad)
800pm a handful of lays regular chips (SOOO BAD)
Workout
2 sets weighted abs
40 min on epileptical machine
15 on treadmill

 Anyways.. I hopped on the scale today with my shoes on and weighed in at 194... last week I was weighing in at 196 with shoes on... so I've dropped a couple lbs.... maybe its the yohimburn.. which has definitey reduced the flab in one stubborn fat pocket I have... hasn't completely disapeared yet.. but it has definitely reduced in size.
  Anyways..
