I am just curious. I train at about 9 or 9:30pm. It works fine for me. Just wondering what you guys think.

I get a little too reved up and I can't get to sleep untill about 2 or 3am, besides that I like it no one is in the gym....

I used to train late...say 11pm or so. I now train at 1-1:30 pm. I would not be able to eat as much as I should when I trained that late...and always had problems sleeping too.

I used to train (and sometimes still do) at around 10-12 at night. It makes going to bed difficult, and its hard to get all the food in before bed time. But I still liked doing it, the gym and roads are empty, and its a nice feeling laying in bed after a tough workout

I used to train around 8 or 9 at night and had problems falling asleep. Also, your testosterone levels are lower towards the end of the day. I don't think it adversely affects your training but it's something to think about.

If it works for you, keep doing it. Night time training is no better or worse than am training, IMO. The differences are negligible. Long as you don't have any problems sleeping, I wouldn't change anything.

I always train about 3-4 hours before i go to bed. It is great for me because I work nights and WO about 3 in the AM. It is great being at the gym with a total of 5 people....ine if them working there.

If I do wait 4 hours till bed I end up sleeping like a baby

I work out in the early evening. (Between 6-8 pm.) I like it. No problems sleeping and I get a better work out than I do when I try to work out in morning.
