Don't sweat the bodyfat thing, its just a datapoint that you track relative changes to -- also you might want to keep a log of all the individual pinch measurements as you get each BF measure done - that will not only give you the change in total BF over time, but also start to give you a picture of where you tend to hold more fat, more water ,etc. If you log the pinch measures relative to your diet on each of those days as well as your mood, what's going on in your life you can start to see patterns about thigns like where your body likes to hold water weight durign that time of the month, where you have less responsive muscles, if a really stressful day impacts your progress, etc. Its very interesting & a learning experience - you can also look back during your whole 16 week evolution and use what you 've learned from the previuos experience to give you more insight into how your progress is working or stallign out. So BF - its just another datapoint on your road to the stage.
