I think taurine doses are the same, but not sure. I would start lower, maybe 1.5g and go from there.
T3 is a poor idea unless you are taking an anabolic steroid to counteract the muscle loss. T3 will catabolize everything - fat AND muscle. So you likely will end up softer with a lower metabolism due to less muscle mass.
Unless you are going to step on stage at the Olympia this October, leave the T3 out.
Synthroid has been found to do nothing for fat loss.
