Dosing for ZIP! - all at once, or spread throughout the day?

Proteinfactory's ZIP! says to take 5 capsules per day for one week, followed by a maintenance dose of 3 capsules per day.

Should these capsules be taken all at once, or spread throughout the day?

zip can be taken all at once or spread throughout the day, whichever you prefer. i know personally i have a hard time choking down 5 at the same time..

In case anyone else was wondering the same thing.

i took 2caps at 7am
1cap at noon
2caps at 4pm
for 7 days.

then i did 2 at 7am
1 at 3pm
