Good post. And, you look great for 59! I think the gram a week of all gear combined is dead on. My sweet spot/blast is test prop 100, mast prop 100 and tren ace 100. I run for 8-10 weeks M, W and F. I see where I can buy some long esters with high ml, like EQ 500 and Deca 400 and test 400. If I did that only twice a week I'd be at 2 grams. I always like to try new things, but once you find a good gear routine, stick to it. Good post!
