Dosage test blend and npp

Hi guys im about to start my 4th cycle
On my last i ran
Test E @600 pw 1-14
Deca @400pw 1-10

This time im running a test blend450:
-175mg/ml Testosterone Cypionate
-175mg/ml Testosterone Ethanthate
-100mg/ml Testosterone Propionate

And -Nandrolone Phenylpropionate

What dosages do you guys recomend?
I am 182cm and 84kg

i generally like to keep my test and nandrolones the same.. i generally dont recommend going over 400 with npp or deca but i guess thats up to you... i generally go 400/400 top end on what i recommend...

100mgs eod of both is enough to get some great gains and joint relief

the joint relief thing is misleading. when you come off i assure you the problem will get worse.. injecting steroids and pounding away is not the solution bro

if you have joint issues you need to take a step back and figure out what is going on

yes always remember that while deca and npp DO help soothe joints, its ONLY a band aid to a wound brother... its NOT an actual healing compound and once you discontinue it, you will see that you are often left worse than before because it was just masking the pain

What are your goals too?

I know for me I would keep them pretty close to the same. 300mg of each per week is pretty good. I don't like to run too much shit.

If your test is 450mg/mL, I would do 1mL of that per week so 450mg/week test + 300mg npp/week.

Most npp is 100mg/mL so I would do 1mL MWF.

you should be using an ai with this, yes... arimidex or aromasin, really dependent upon how gyno prone you may or may not be

This will be my 4th cycle never had gyno and never used adex man
