Dosage question, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

if your bp is that high then you shouldn't be juicing. get that under control first. hit the track and do a few miles a day and strengthen your heart. get your diet in check. lay off sodium and fats.. sugars and alcohol.... the #1 killer in the US is heart disease, you are gonna kill yourself my friend if you do not take better care of yourself

i hate to use this as an example but look at zyzz.. he had heart issues as it was. and he was juiced up and on stims.. and he ended up croaking in a sauna. had he taken care of his heart he would of still been able to bodybuild... you CAN bodybuild and still have a healthy heart. you MUST do some cardio and you must eat very well, otherwise you will kill your heart
 
from the research that I have done,

I want to keep the Primo at 400mg or above/weekly
most say var needs to be 40-60 to get results, drugsprofiles says up to 50, so I set it at 40
mast p, says 300mg-600mg per week for 6-12weeks,
test p says 50-100mg per day or more
primo says the magic happens at 400mg a week but by todays standards 700+ is not uncommon.


but it doesnt say you have to take all of that in one cycle.

and the bp issue could end up being nothing or it can kill you.. if you have bp issues you should get it under control or do a cycle that is mild and will not raise bp much.. but you have to eat well and monitor your bp constantly.

I'm a firm believer that every home should have one of these!
 
you have already ben on a long time. i would go off.. do a full pct and get your health back on track.

it wont kill you to take 6-12 months off and get everything in order like your diet,training, and health. If you dont it might not work out as well in the long term.
