Well im new here and i am using my fiance's name he got me sorta hooked to this site. He has been lifting for about a little over a year now and has recently got me into lifting. a little about me first im overweight but trying to lose about 20 lbs im 25 year old female 5'5 162 lbs. I've been lifting with him now for about 2 months doing light weights about 20-30 lbs but 15 reps 3 sets to his 8 reps 3 sets ungoddly amountof weight
Well any way I have a connective tissue disorder called EHLERS DANLOS i know no one probably hasent heard of it because its a rare thing. But im really sorta scared to lift is there any suggestions or comments anyone can give to maybe help me out or does any one eles have any problems like this and anyway they over came them. I also do cardio 4-5 times a week but its not intense i am up to 34 min a day but thats on a good day. Hope some one can helo
