Don't grow on cycle,need advice!!

Hi, i am on 700mg test prop x week now is week 6 and i have put only fat.. surplus of 700kcal,gear 100% legit, train in check but strenght don't increase.

I gain 10 lbs but 4%bodyfat so all the weight is fat... i don't know why.

height 172cm weight 80kg bodyfat close to 19% i started 75kg 14%bodyfat

i start taking arimidex 4 day ago maybe high estrogen inibit my gain and put fat on me. This is my first cycle.

Maybe test is not kicked? Need advice please i don't want waste my first cycle.Everything can be helpful,don't be shy. Thanks in advance for help.
 
700mg of test prop is way to much for a first cycle. your bodyfat is on the high side. on 700mg of test p per week even with a mediocre diet you should still see decent gains. either your diet is horrible or your geae is bunk
 
Even with a crap diet, Something should be happening.

Why is Everyone soooooo sure that their gear isn't bunk? Did it come from the pharmacy? I'm just sayin, this is Years ago, I Personally knew guys that put out BD gear, when BD was still kicking, of course it wasn't real BD, you couldn't tell by looking at it tho, vials, holograms, labels, everything was spot on. it was good, dosed right, for the record. But there was nothing stopping them from just filling the vials with pure oil.

Hi thank you guys for help. Stuff is straight from pharmacy i know because i pick it up from there. Diet is good 3100kcal my manteinance is 2300kcal max

i stand by it being to much test, esp if its pharm grade. but something doesn't add up here
 
is possible that oil leaking from injection site when i fall asleep? extreme hypothesis, i have to buy some plaster.

no this is definitely not the case! either diet, training or gear is bunk. or you just genetically dont respond to gear well
 
Too much juice can easily have a negative effect. I still say diet; can you breakdown how/what you're eating?
 
500mg good gain 1g no gain? sound weird

in my last massage i wrote my macros.. they are split on 6 meal pretty much every 3 hours .
 
More juice doesn't equal more benefit.

What protein are you eating?
How many oz per meal?
How many meals?
How is it prepared?

This right here macros mean nothing if we have no idea the types and quality of food your eating...

Ditto: Break it down for us, i agree you are using too much gear, but if it is legit you should be able to grow on 1/2 of that. Either your training needs tweaking with a new routine Your Diet should be dialed in also.
 
Lunch 200g of rice +150g of fat meat +30g of protein from shake -------- 150g of carb 50g of protein 25g of fat

Post workout 130g of maltodestrin and 60g of protein from powder------------ 130g of carb and 60g of protein

Dinner 400g of fat meat --------------------80g of protein 65g of fat

Before bed- 1 liter of low fat milk with 15g of protein ( if i stay home that night i split this meal)----------------------50g of carb,45 of protein

Total of 330g of carb 240 protein and 90 fat... 3100kcal

I don't do breakfast because i wake up late... any advice? i understimate my fat a little but calories are still there.
 
700 test for 6 weeks before any AI? That is probably all the fat gain you think you have as water and general puffiness.
If you have a real 700 test you should be seeing something even if you ate at mcdonalds every day and only moderately worked out. You would add lots of fat that way but you would still see some muscle gain just buried under fat.
Best guess is bad test. I know you said you got it at a pharmacy...but if I had a nickel for every time someone told me that and they had gotten it from where their friend said too instead...

Check your BP if it didn't go up on 700 a week of test I would say the next step is a lab test as something is clearly not working right.
You do realize 700 a week of test is a 100mg/ml bottle every 1.5 weeks or a 200mg/ml bottle about every 3 weeks. Meaning you would have gone through a couple vials by now. Where do you live that you can get several vials from the pharmacy at the same time without the police coming to your door? Even if I had 3 legit prescriptions from 3 diff doctors filled at 3 diff pharmacies I would still have the police if I filled them all in the same month as 1 vial is 4-6 months worth of TRT.

You don't do breakfast because you "get up late?"

My test is in ampule 100mg/2ml... side effect: itchy nipples very bad at night before i get AI.. blood pressure increase but no to much average 10 point increase.

Can you explan what you write? 200g of rice and 1 liter of milk are bad? what you suggest me.

by fat meat i mean, there are lean meat(chicken brest) and fat meat(meat with high fat content)

I'm on my first cycle too right now. I started 25 kg heavier and only doing 487,5 mg /week (sustanon). I have got many comments and visible, great results so far. Also no side-effects, hence touched no AI's or anything.... Diet looks like yours and i do push-pull-legs approx 5 days a week for approx 2 hours..

Might try my scheme. Besides, my gear is not even Pharmacy-grade :)

you read other post? i post my diet there, For training in check you mean monitor progress?
anyway finally i feel something happening strenght up,look better and today and yesterday my erection return pretty strong..

one thing i forgot is that when i was on 100mg eod my erection and libido were awesome when i upped dose... erection and libido go shit and i get itchy nipples.

I think now adex is doing his job
 
Absolutely something is happening.... bodyweight up , i have test for bodyfat Monday but look better,strenght is up but....
i understimate my blood pressure a little before cycle was 115/60 now is 140/60 should i do something about it?
