Can someone explain why you donate on cycle?

i donate whether i am on or off cycle every chance i get

1. i get 2 free movie tickets
2. there is some kid laying in a hospital bed waiting for your blood to live cause some prick drunk driver slammed into him and then ran, so you can help this kid. they say you save 3 lives each time you donate.
3. it is like changing the oil in your car. you lose the blood initially then the body builds it back up
4. you can go online the next day and see your bp, cholesterol, and HR for free

it is all of 30 minutes of your time and the worst thing about it is when they prick you which hurts for about 1 second

it will clear out the baby batter which has a positive effect on your heart health yes

they won't let you donate if you have high blood pressure regardless so forget that

Because of rising RBC and hematocrit leading to high risk of blood clots, stroke, and heart attack when on steroids
