Hello everyone it is that time again im jumping back on cycle for what i hope turns out being one epic cutting phase, im excited as ive been waiting all winter for this day!

This is yet another stepping stone on my path of reaching competitive bodybuilding in the men's physique division by 2026

I am very humbled and appreciative of Greg and the @domestic-supply.com
team for once again believing in me and my goals/dreams of reaching the stage, this wouldn't be possible without the incredible support from Domestic Supply and giving me the abilities with running some of the best brands and gear around.

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into the rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into the rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into the rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

Monday May 26 2025 marked week two of my 12 week cycle, so far from week one into week two, i can feel a massive shift in endurance and pump, even better than week one was. I think i might love winstrol lol, other than the stiffness in the joints for the first hour i wake up, that nonsense sucks lol.

Also noticed some nice small muscle hardening effects as well with a wicked pump.

Going to up my fishoil into 8g a day, and start supplementation of glucosamine msm in the higher concentration available, minus that small annoyance i completely expected it with winstrol just how it goes.

so far no sides besides the typical little stuff with winstrol, mood is high, drive is high and we are getting after it

Week two will start titration upwards.

375mg test
150mg mast
60mg winstrol

Week 3 if all goes accordingly coach is going to try something different and wants to add in some Anavar with the Winstrol see how i respond and how it plays out, nothing major probably low mgs like the winny, i believe he is looking for a synergistic effect here.

Today was 5 meals salmon, brown rice and broccoli, 1 protein shake for meals, ive noticed quite a change in composition from week one into week two.

Monday May 26 2025 marked week two of my 12 week cycle, so far from week one into week two, i can feel a massive shift in endurance and pump, even better than week one was. I think i might love winstrol lol, other than the stiffness in the joints for the first hour i wake up, that nonsense sucks lol.

Also noticed some nice small muscle hardening effects as well with a wicked pump.

Going to up my fishoil into 8g a day, and start supplementation of glucosamine msm in the higher concentration available, minus that small annoyance i completely expected it with winstrol just how it goes.

so far no sides besides the typical little stuff with winstrol, mood is high, drive is high and we are getting after it

Week one was structured this way.

250mg test a week
100mg mast a week
60mg winstrol

Week two will start titration upwards.

375mg test

This is the second workout utilizing 20mg of winny 45 minutes before my workout and i had another fantastic one.

the pumps i had i felt like my triceps were going to explode 🤯 it was so intense and feeling that level of pump, it made the mind muscle pumps connected on a level i didnt think possible.

i find myself more locked in and dialed in then ever before, everything outside and inside the gym is being done correctly every single day, my motivation and drive to become cut and lean and vascular is at an all time high.

i just cant believe the pumps off just 20mg of winny and it hasnt even been a week yet.. i can only imagine what it will be like as the weeks roll on.

My coach also said depending on how i do and respond and tolerate winny, at some point var will also be making and appearance in my cycle, i cant even phantom what the pump/endurance on that combination would begin to feel like.

overall i am doing well so far and look forward with progressing onwards.

injections are monday/friday each week
as it stands, here is what im incorporating so far until my coach says otherwise and adjustments are made with doses and compounds.

Everything is running tip top so far with week two of the cycle heading into week 3 this upcoming monday, adding in three changes.

I prepped 17lbs of 93/7 lean ground beef so diet is locked in 💪

Coach has updated cardio from 40 minutes a session back into 60 minutes a session 5 times a week.

The moment ive been waiting for, Anavar will be making its first appearance into my cycle.

Test will also be bumped up.

First two weeks for the cycle

Test Cyp 250mg a week
Masteron E ( 100/150mg ) a week
Winstrol 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 460mg ) a week

Week Three changes for the cycle

Test Cyp ( 375mg ) a week
Masteron E ( 150mg ) a week
Winstrol Tabs 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Anavar Tabs 25mg x3 a week ( 75mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 660mg ) a week

Everything is running tip top so far with week two of the cycle heading into week 3 this upcoming monday, adding in three changes.

I prepped 17lbs of 93/7 lean ground beef so diet is locked in 💪

Coach has updated cardio from 40 minutes a session back into 60 minutes a session 5 times a week.

The moment ive been waiting for, Anavar will be making its first appearance into my cycle.

Test will also be bumped up.

First two weeks for the cycle

Test Cyp 250mg a week
Masteron E ( 100/150mg ) a week
Winstrol 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 460mg ) a week

Week Three changes for the cycle

Test Cyp ( 375mg ) a week
Masteron E ( 150mg ) a week
Winstrol Tabs 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Anavar Tabs 25mg x3 a week ( 75mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 660mg ) a week

Total mg increase is 200mg with my titration upwards in doses, i am pretty excited to see and feel how the winny and var will compliment one another as time goes on.

Saturday was a late one, got out of work much later than normal i dont make excuses, got off work drove myself directly to the gym, i carry a backpack with me, has everything i need when im on the go, i cant make any reasons not to do what is required of me.

Alot of bars exist in the area including around my gym, i always get a sense of accomplishment and being on the right path, while im hearing drunk people laughing and wasting time on a Saturday night, im busting my ass goal and dream chasing, it motivates me to be and do better, it fires me up knowing im not like them.

I saw 100 cars in the bar parking lot, i looked at my gym parking lot, my car was the only car there.

Here is a fact i live in one of the drunkest cities in the nation and im not proud of that at all, Midwest is like that unfortunately.

People are partying while im burning the midnight oil exhausted from the day, i dont do what the majority of people do around here, i like it that way.

So i did some lite calf work and some tibia work with my cardio tonight, very nice way to end the night.

I was speaking with my coach last night as he had some updates for my cycle layout, as everyone knows ive been utilizing the titration method.

My coach basically said its go time once week 4 comes around which will be next week monday.

Week Three layout

Test C 375mg a week
Mast 150mg a week
Winstrol 60mg a week
Aromasin 6.25mg eod

Here is the week four layout, this is when things really take off, and adjustments made on all compounds, most mgs ive ever taken will be with this cycle.

Week Four
Test C 500mg ( 250mg M/F=500 a week)
Mast 200mg ( 100mg M/F=200 a week)
Winstrol 20mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Anavar 25mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Aromasin 12.5mg daily (87.5mg a week)
Tamoxifen 10mg Mon/Wed/Fri( 30mg)

Total mgs 1,015 right in my wheelhouse of what i feel comfortable running as far as grams go, a gram or slightly over im good with that, like to typically be under a gram when possible.

This cut is more on the aggressive side and coach and i are trying to also figure out what i can tolerate, what i
respond good with compound wise and mg wise, that way for future cycles we are dialed fully in.

It will be really exciting seeing how i respond with 500mg of test as ive never run it before highest ive been is 300mg

Curious also about how the combination of Var/Winny will be for elevation of my workouts and long term endurance, and pump, combined its 45mg a day var/winny

He said just contiune to focus on intensity, push the cardio 60 minutes five days a week, keep resistance trianing at a max of 40 minutes a session and get it done, the goal isn't strength or weight lifted, its intensity and increasing it week after week, pump and squeeze along with sculpting the physique.

These next 8 weeks should hopefully if i do my part produce really good results, of course if i cant handle anything compound wise from mgs into unwanted side effects, coach will know immediately and we change it around or lower doses etc, goal is a fun hassle free productive cycle, not to suffer, i handle what i can handle and we make it work regardless.

So far everything has been going really good and i feel good most important aspect for me.

Test C 375mg a week
Mast 150mg a week

This workout was all about leaving the ego outside the gym, yes the weights lifted in this session are very lite from a lbs prospective.

As many of you know i air on the side of caution with my right knee, as i am restricting calories and doing high volume, protecting myself from any injury is my highest priority.

At times i just like to go very lite and find other ways to make the workout a challenge for myself, every hack squat at the bottom was a hold for 3-10 seconds, typically the last rep of each set was 10 seconds at the bottom of the movement etc.

Also in other news i picked up a fitbit smart watch so i can provide my coach and the community as well as myself the most indepth log and metrics for anyone following along, already love this watch tracks everything i need. I will try and put in as mant readings along the way as i can.

Still eating around 2,555 calories a day, coach is going to try and implement carb/calorie cycling starting week 4, its not so much the calories he is concerned with, its more so the macors that he is looking for.

Trianing days only its one additional protein shake, so two shakes a day ontop of my 5 small meals, we are starting slower with the carb/calorie cycling.

He said just contiune to focus on intensity, push the cardio 60 minutes five days a week, keep resistance trianing at a max of 40 minutes a session and get it done, the goal isn't strength or weight lifted, its intensity and increasing it week after week, pump and squeeze along with sculpting the physique.

These next 8 weeks should hopefully if i do my part produce really good results, of course if i cant handle anything compound wise from mgs into unwanted side effects, coach will know immediately and we change it around or lower doses etc, goal is a fun hassle free productive cycle, not to suffer, i handle what i can handle and we make it work regardless.

So far everything has been going really good and i feel good most important aspect for me.

Coach went over majority of my eating days, calories and macors he believes im over trianing and under eating which is two disastrous things that you dont want, so we are correcting the problem right now.

Coach is having me do emergency calories is what im calling it today, carb and calorie cycling was supposed to start week 4 of the cycle which is monday, he wants me to up the macros and calories now.

I was eating around 2550, that is being taken up into 3400 calories. The nice thing about fitbit app is i can scan bar codes or manually put food in, super handy tool for accountability and tracking for my coach as he gets all the reports daily.



Today was also pin day so for this week

150mg Mast E
60mg Winny
25mg Aromasin

Next week things really kick off with titration upwards

200mg Mast E

Week 4 of 12 weeks

Today was the big day the first official max doses being deployed for the remainder of my cycle.

Originally the plan with the pharmaqo anavar was 25mg a day 7 days a week, i ran into a small issue, the anavar does not have a break/cut line in the pill, i centered it tried to cut the 50mg tab in half, it just crushed it into a powder.

I contacted my coach let him know the situation, he comes back with ok we run 50mg a day 7 days a week, looks like the remainder of this cycle is gonna be spicy lol 😆 💪

Here is the break down for all of this
I am doing 3 injections a week for frequency M/W/F

Tamoxifen 10mg M/W/F = 30mg a week

Aromasin 12.5mg a day x7 days = 87.5mg a week.

Test C 500mg a week & Mast 200mg a week, each injection breaks down into 1.01mls, 3.03mls a week for full doses.

Anavar 50mg a day x7 days = 350mg a week.

Winstrol 20mg a day x7 days = 140mg a week

Total mgs a week = 1,190

The intention was never push into this range, i spoke with my coach and he believes im ready for it and can handle it, i feel the same way, so we ride the lighting on this one 😎

Coach is more so aiming for a recomp/cut cycle from what he explained in our conversations together.

Strength as i said is not the goal, but damn if i didn't feel strong as ever tonight, i kept it under control, man i really could have pushed so much harder, ive learned through coaching, stick with the plan and pace myself, that is what i did, its a beautiful thing when you start to understand pace, tempo, endurance and putting it all together.

Tonight my workout was 40 minutes in duration and according to my fitbit that i set to strength trianing, it tracks my heart rate, minutes working out and calories burned. I stayed in the vigorous zone for 32 minutes and the light zone for 6 minutes, burned 360 calories off those 40 minutes.

My endurance was crazy off the charts today and it is just getting started. The pump was so bad i had to drop weight at certian points or modify my range of motion lol, the var pump everyone speaks about is no fucking joke, i was doing Wrist work at 20lbs and it was almost unbearable lol.

So far 4 weeks in and this has been my happiest and most dialed in cycle yet, its hard explaining it, i just feel locked in and apparently my body just really agrees with all the compounds i am running, the synergy is fantastic. The pump is so unreal you feel like superman 🦸‍♂️ best way i can explain this, it feels like it isnt even real in a good way, it just boosts your whole workout and productivity.

I can really start to see the vascularity difference and feel the size difference, everything i hit within the first 3 reps i have a maximum pump its ridiculously awesome.

Tonight my workout was 40 minutes in duration and according to my fitbit that i set to strength trianing, it tracks my heart rate, minutes working out and calories burned. I stayed in the vigorous zone for 32 minutes and the light zone for 6 minutes, burned 360 calories off those 40 minutes.

My endurance was crazy off the charts today and it is just getting started. The pump was so bad i had to drop weight at certian points or modify my range of motion lol, the var pump everyone speaks about is no fucking joke, i was doing Wrist work at 20lbs and it was almost unbearable lol.

So far 4 weeks in and this has been my happiest and most dialed in cycle yet, its hard explaining it, i just feel locked in and apparently my body just really agrees with all the compounds i am running, the synergy is fantastic. The pump is so unreal you feel like superman 🦸‍♂️ best way i can explain this, it feels like it isnt even real in a good way, it just boosts your whole workout and productivity.

I can really start to see the vascularity difference and feel the size difference, everything i hit within the first 3 reps i have a maximum pump its ridiculously awesome.

Last night was push night for my ppl split few things of note.

Endurance up more from last week.

Weights i previously did feel much lighter.

Even further into rep range before fatigue.

Pump increase and sustained longer.

Motivation increase/Drive increase.

Small notice physique changes.

Weight up from 228.3lbs into 230.8lbs

Much greater vascularity in the gym.

A little more noticeable size gain upper body.

Monday June 9 2025 will mark the start of higher doses. I will be splitting the injections so i can inject less oil per shot, i feel it will limit issues, id rather split into smaller injections over 3 days.

Injection frequency split into M/W/F

per Shot: 0.667 ml = Test C = 500 a week

per Shot: 0.333 ml = Mast E = 200 a week

Winny 20mg daily × 7 days = 140 a week

Var 25mg daily x 7 days = 175 a week

Aromasin 12.5mg x 7 days = 87.5mg a week

Tamoxifen 10mg M/W/F = 30mg a week

Today was my 3rd injection of the week and everything went flawlessly this week as far as injections, 3.03mls in the books for week 4 of injectables, first official time i can say 500mg of test cyp has been achieved.

Overall i feel really good and strong, drive motivation and mood are still very stable and good, ive really been enjoying this cycle alot.

I cant believe i slept on orals for as long as i have, after this experience with the pumps and endurance, no matter what muscle i target even thinking about working that muscle i get a pump, ive never felt something so elevating from a workout motivation standpoint.

Took opening up and being brutally honest with myself for me to correct and fix the problems, i realized i was the one creating them, it just took outside help from my coach, god bless that man because i did alot of things wrong and didn't listen when I should have been, the one thing i can say is ive always apologized as a man and owned my shortcomings and mistakes, once i stopped being stupid, this is the progression ive made under his guidance, that was the learning to let go part, sit down and pay attention phase, once i did that my current log is speaking for how far ive come by changing my mindsetz approach and opening myself to learn and grow as a person with my coach.

Haha well u know i have a little limelight on the podcast i think ive done 6 or 7 episodes over the years in total with my two interviews and other topics along the way.

Who knows maybe i will be invited on again at some point, i learned alot from stevesmi and mobster as well those guys are class acts, the planet fitness joke that follows me around was created by mobster lol, everytime i go on he pokes me in gokd fun and brings up the fact i used to work out there lol 😆

My coach really worked hard at installing a championship mindset, i always had the heart and grit, it was just my mind being off was the roadblock, now that i smashed through that, its a full sprint into the finish line, i know my best days and physique changes are ahead of me brother 🙏

Always will stay on the path as long as i got this community and people like you in it and behind me having my back, i will always jump in support, be positive and have your back in return 💪

Overall i feel really good and strong, drive motivation and mood are still very stable and good, ive really been enjoying this cycle alot.

I cant believe i slept on orals for as long as i have, after this experience with the pumps and endurance, no matter what muscle i target even thinking about working that muscle i get a pump, ive never felt something so elevating from a workout motivation standpoint.

No negative sides or noticeable issues i can report at this time, so far smooth sailing.

Tonight's workout i felt like switching it up and did alot of cable work for chest tonight, i really enjoyed it and the pump was incredible.

This cycle specifically ive felt the most activation in all muscle groups and the best mind muscle connection so far.

Today was my 3rd injection of the week and everything went flawlessly this week as far as injections, 3.03mls in the books for week 4 of injectables, first official time i can say 500mg of test cyp has been achieved.
