Doing what works for you

A few weeks ago I gave up on the 1 body part a week routine and switched to doing a body party 2 or even 3 times a week. I know most say this isnt a good way to train but ive already made better stength gains. Different strokes for different folks. Do what works for you.
 
Very true. You can study and read about all different kinds of workouts and training methods. But ultimately, it's mostly trial and error. You have to get in the gym and try it out...see what works and what doesn't.
 
Not agreeing or disagreeing with you. Just pointing out that MOST of the time when one switches up thier routine especially to a WO thats more intense ie more frequent, they will see gains. But there is a chance of overtraining if not monitered carefully. Am I making sense?
