Hey hey-

Did only Bi's today and really liked it... Wondering if anyone allocates a whole day for ONLY Bi's or ONLY tri's???

I used to do that. As a matter of fact that is the way I trained over the summer. It starts off great, cause you have so much energy to just focus on one body part, but being in the gym 6 days a week just got to be too much, and with school starting up and work I just couldnt hang with such a schedule. Having only one day off from the gym (if any in some cases) is just mentally and physically draining in my opinion, and this is usually how it works if you are only hitting one body part a day or so.

I have a day where I do them both together, supersetting back and forth, it's added the past few inches to my arms

Cool Stuff. I don't work out 6 days still. I do

1- Back
2-Bi

4-Legs/ Tri's
5- Chest

Sometimes I will do tri's with Bi's.. I just started doing this, and I dont usually do shoulders at all as they ALWAYS HURT :bawling: But I like doing Bi's alone cause they usually get the most sore, so I like to let them be, or bi :D

I think your time would be better spent splitting them up and building your workouts around large muscle groups.

Uhh....

great way to mix it up! I was doing that a few years back (poloquin is a big promoter of it), and gained some good size. I'll still switch back to it every now and then.
