my freinds dad works for US customs, and he says that something that can always get by without any scent is rubber. Anything with Rubber packaging will destroy any scent any drug may carry. Whatever it may be. Dogs hate the scent of new rubber. I have no idea if they train dogs for AS scent, but regardless, Rubber is the key.

They don't actually smell the drugs inside the wheel. What happens is people handling the drugs touch the outside of the wheel and that's enough for them to pick up a scent.
