Could someone post a link to the full workout. I searched and just get the condensed version.

I'm a super hard gainer, even while on. DO you think this plan would work for hard gainers?

I can see it working for short term just because you are shocking your muscles with a new routine, but in the long term will you keep gaining? I think of it like the BowFlex, sure you will see gains the first six weeks because you are really introducing a new workout and your body isn't used to it. Soon as the trial period is over you stop making gains.

You have to go through a few pages of the thread to get to the actually training and stretching part, I like the idea of the training but I haven't done it yet. I am currently setting it up though and will be doing it shortly. Read a good portion of the thread and you will be able to decide for yourself. Goodluck

That is a really lame analogy. I have known of Doggcrapp (under another name) since before the internet and he is one of the most innovative bodybuilding minds out there.
Look up "Coastal". He is a member there on animalkits.be
He is trained (via email) by him and has made the greatest gains of his life. It's not a fluke. Your body will change when you give it a reason to. Doing the same routine with moderate to high volume traditional workouts will keep you the same.
Get your protein to over 400 grams per day and see what happens. Read and believe.

Should everyone take in over 400g protein and forget about all the carbs and fat? I mean Take in some carbs and fat but not as muc has before since uping the protein to 400-500g

I think the training is brilliant, trying it with my next cycle very excited I have always liked heavy duty type training.

i don't think doogcrapp ever said to forget the carbs and fat....in fact I KNOW he didnt say that bc I have read his thread several times where he repeatedly states it!!

Look at this way.....protien is the single most important thing to put down in your belly. Take care of getting your 400-500 grams .....it is priority.

Where did he forget about carbs? during a meal just get the protien down first. eat some carbs to fill the rest. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, SLAM the carbs AND protien down after working out. And, dont take the carbs after 6pm.

Fats? DC clearly states on numerous occasions that he has slowly upped his fat intake (via olive oil) to up the cals. And he is still gaining!

Just because he isnt counting every last thing or doing some cockamammy Shift diet dont knock it. I hate counting all that shit up anyways! LOL

Me thinks you oughtta do some reading there bro!

I read the first 20 pages, I know what he said. I was asking for me, since an average bulking diet is 3000 calories thats only 300g protein. I was wondering if I should eat 500g and less carbs then the 225g I would eat if I ate my normal bulking diet. SEE?

Bro ur response was a little tuff to understand. If ur just eating 3000 cals a day on DC's bulking routine I suggest you reread his thread. The whole thing. (which take hours btw LOL) you'd see that he doesnt recommend counting carbs and fat. its too tedious when your bulking.

also how much do you weigh? he eats 500 gr a day but he is about 280-300. for smaller guys like me he has said 400 is fine.

anyways, just trying to help ya out!

Sorry if I came off wrong, I understand what your trying to do. I figured I would do his rotuine with a normal bulking diet but then was thinking maybe I would add another 100g protein to 400g and cut back the carbs and fat abit. I know he doesn't count but for my style I need to I gain fat easily. Thanks bro!

if you are gaining fat easily, up the AM cardio (3x per week at 45min) and cut carbs at 6pm. if that aint working, try adding a cardio session or run longer cardio sessions (60 min tops).

if there is one piece of advice I can give, its just dont go carazy counting all these little fucking grams of this and that here and there. You are bulking bro. You need to eat.

For bulking especially you need a ton of food. Food makes you GROW. If you are getting too fat, just tweak what ur doing (cardio, minimizing pm carbs) until you it dialed in.

anyways good luck and eat 400grams of protien every day LOL

Thanks for your help
