Doesn't juice but can bench 325lbs 12 times.....

U can tell a strong Mother by his pic.....I go to quite alot of power lifting comps. I have seen dudes that weigh 198 bench in the high 600's....That shit truly amazes me! The nexT big gig is in Columbus OH in November. Columbus and Pittsburgh have strong sons of bitches!

For those who have never seen a competition u need to go....it truly is amazing!
 
its possible...........but very unlikely. there are people that are just very strong,maybe hes one of them people.
 
I think its completely possible. My work out partner last summer at 172 pounds natural did 315 6 times.
 
well basically it doesnt matter how much you bench, and for that how much weight you do period......its not how much weight you push up, but what you look like and at 175 lbs or 180lbs he is a fuckin munchkin........and by the way each individual has a strong body part or better body part than the rest of the other muscles on the body......what people dont realize is its not how big or how strong your dominant body part is, its what you do to make the lagging and lacking body parts equal to the dominant stronger body part......so basically he is 180lbs with an above average bench for his bodyweight big fuckin deal........ask him how big his back is or how much he deadlifts, or what do his arms measure...........or how many times can he rep 400lbs on the squat........basically he is over the internet, so he is full of shit, tell him to go to the gym and work out and stop talkin shit on how he is good at this or that.........the work is in the gym all talk outside is bullshit!!!!
 
Well, maybe he does bench that much ....... but define ... "bench".

I see guys with piss-poor form load up plates and do half-assed reps all the time. Dudes will put like 3 plates on a side and squat, but they like drop down maybe 8 inches and go back up ......

Or guys that load up for a bench press and either bounce off the bottom, or hardly drop the bar in the first place.

My personal fave is when assholes do seated rows, and they are swing back and forth (meaning their chest is leaning way in, then pulling way back, their entire upper body is leaning forward and then backward).

.... and people wonder why there are so many injuries.

That's also why I dont bother with dumbasses that ask me "How much do ya bench BRO". It hardly means a damned thing unless you see HOW someone does an exercise, and many people have such SHITTY form, that merely comparing weights does not mean jack.

totally agree....oh yea, or when doing curls they swing the dumbells up in the air totally out of formation and bend their backs while doing it because if you sat them down in the french curl they would never be able to do that weight on their own without swinging.:rolleyes:
 
if he was standing on his head and bouncing it off his chest....

325 12 times would still be amazing at his weight.....the average joe isnt gonna move that much weight.
 
A guy at my club did 405, 5 times. Im over here bustin my nuts on the wall hitting 225 and this mofo has his girlfriend spotting him.

This dude is just massive. He is all meat.

Can we say genetics?????????:p

ask what his max is it should be equal to 100lbs more of what he can do for 10 reps.
 
spunky, i know im just a newbie, but did you really even have to post this question? It sounds like so much bullshit that it surprises me that a vet like yourself would even think that the guy could be telling the truth. If you saw the pic then you should know if he's lying or not. If you saw his pic and he did not tel you his bench, how much would you guess he could do? I bet youd say a lot less than what he said.
