Does that electric Ab thing work?

Wow... that contraption was seriously invented for lazy fat people. Want abs?? Ok get off your butt get to the gym and do some freakin crunches and cardio...and watch what you eat!!

This machine is not capable of spot reducing fat on your abdomen. To get a six pack your body fat needs to be around 10% or lower, although some people can achieve the look with higher. It's cardio you need to do, but I'm sure you won't since you've disregarded the other messages against purchasing this machine.

Need some input, thinking of getting it.

IMHO EMS machines are useful when injured to help stimulate muscle fibres. Real muscle can only be increased by resistance training, but it does work on stimulating abs. It will not aid in weight/fat loss, spot reduction doesn't work, and since seing abs is 95% fat loss ... you see my point? if your doing cardio already then just throw in a couple sets of ab work in there and save money. BTW why are you cutting in the winter?

BTW, i'm trying to get my 6-pack in before Christmas time.

Ask santa for the six pack.

IMO diet is just as important as any machine.
