haha LOL...i was on a diet for 3 weeks some days ago..it was a living nightmare..low carb means almost no fibers...plus i was eating 20 egg whites a day...When i farted the smell was so terrible, its something i wanna forget about. When i would take a dump my ass felt like it was on fire, it felt like acid or something. The shit was almost green!! Not trying to get u guys to laugh, i am talking serious here. No i am back in the carb world and i am enyoing every minute of it
