you guys can post the molecular structure of testosterone but you don't know if glutamine dehydates you ?

No it does not because it does not work like Creatine. It does not pull water into a cell it is the prefered source for repair of muscle damage ....hell cell damage period.

No. Creatine does not dehydrate you either. It will initialy draw some extra water into the muscles but you naturally replenish that water through normal diet. Drink plenty of water with either one...most people don't drink enough anyway.
