Does freezing damage DNP...?

If I put capsules of DNP (crystal) in the freezer to store them - would that hurt them?

depends if its crystal or powder..


crystal i am quite sure won't be damaged.. powder may get more diluted unless kept in an airtight container.. (freezing the moisture off and then recondensing more moisture than the original)..

I shouldn't think so. The bigger concern would be finding an airtight, impermeable container to freeze it in, so that the inside of your freezer isn't coated in insecticide and dyed a friendly canary yellow.

have had mine frozen for a good 7 months... recently took the last that i had and did not notice a loss in potency.
