Does creatine make you fat

I have some questions about creatine and how effective it is at causing your muscles to blow up. I have a friend of mine and he gained about 20 lb really quick and ask him what he was taking and he said creatine. Doesn't seem like it's very realistic that it can cause that much game but he looks pretty bloated

Creatine can make you bloated but not fat
most hommies think bloating is fat but it's not

Overeating will make you fat but taking creatine will just add water weight. Mainly if you take too much or are not hydrated.
