Does anyone have the video of the angry wife that ran over her husband with her car?

This happened at a hotel about 5min from my mom and stepdads place and is big news around there. The Guy told his wife it was over and was trying to divorce her, he hooked up with someone else, though I believe should have held back till the divorce was final

Was he a piece of shit for cheating on his wife Hell yeah, but all that was accomplished was her Ruining her life and that of her kids...If convicted she will probably be sent to Huntsville and put on Death row

I'd like to see some stats but I dont think many people convicted of murder get anything less Death Row in TX

I'm not FM. Yes it is illegal and yes she will likely go to jail for a long time, but it should be justifiable homocide just as a father killing his daughter's rapist or a son killing his father's murderer, etc... should be.

Rape and cheating are two different things. You are comparing apples to oranges.

Let me ask you this. If you found your woman cheating on you, would you kill her and risk going to jail for life?

Rape and armed robbery are apples and oranges, but they'll both land you in jail - so I don't think I'm comparing apples to oranges here.

Would I kill her? No. I'd leave her - which would certainly be a worse fate than death.

The point is not whether or not I would do it, but rather whether or not I should be able to do it.

Did someone rape you daughter? You have the right to kill him.
Did someone kill your father? You have the right to kill him.
Did your spouse cheat on you? You have the right to kill her.

Justifiable homocide - at least it should be.

I'm speaking hypothetically here of course. This act is a crime and she is clearly a dumb fucker for committing it... doesn't mean it was wrong.

Why is it a worse fate than death?

If someone rape's your daughter I agree you should have the right to kill them.
If someone kills your father then I agree you should have the right to kill them.
If your spouse cheats on you then I disagree that you SHOULD have the right to kill them.

She should do maybe 3 years, minimum security. She was out of line, but not by much

She should do maybe 3 years?? Minimum Security?!?! Her husband was cheating on her, she ran over him THREE times with her car... circled around, hit him again...

There was NOTHING accidental about that. She went there to confront him and she ended up killing him. I am a firm believer in the non-heat of passion murders...

If it was... a "heat of passion" murder, she'll STILL get 10-15 years... which, is fine... 10-15 years would do her some good... no parole however. I believe she formed an intent to kill him (it has been held by the supreme court that a premeditated intent to kill can occur in a split second) -- and she drove over him... heat of passion would have been a one time drive over... not THREE... she did it with malice aforethought... oh yeah... I think she should get LIVE in prison... death is too good for her.

fuck that shit

if a guy had killed his wife he;d be screwed. do i think she should get life.....no as it wasn;t a pre-meditated act

but it was still murder, and NO accident. 20 yrs seems the better sentence, 2 yrs is no where near enough. she hit him 3 times. chances are she;ll cry and hit a few heart strings

THAT IS SOME FUNNY SHIT......SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS ON A DIRT TRACK AND KEPT GOING ROUND AND ROUND!!! CRAZY HOE!!! THEN, THAT DUDES DAUGHTER WAS IN THE CAR WHILE THE STEPMOM (WIFE) WAS USING HER DAD AS A SPEEDBUMP.

She's going for the sympathy vote. With a mostly female jury I still think she will get life. Texas is hardcore, even about passion crimes. Temporary insanity my ass! She knew exactly what she was doing.

I think the lady should be tied up and thrown in the road, then run over by Yugo's over and over and over again until she was dead. it would probably take days.
