i know this probably isnt the right board for this but i was just wondering if anybody out there played and how they trained.

if you want to talk about your football season ill post the same question on the chat and conversation board.

what kind of lifting and conditioning does your coaching staff have you guys do?

we basically follow the BFS program which consist of squats, benches, and power cleans. i throw in some different movements but never stray far from compound movements that work the lower body(because i think that the game of football is 90% legs and 10% cock and balls)

Id be interested to find out what other high schools across the nation have their athletes do.:spin:

we use the nebraska workout.. all its components

i think football is a higher percent cock and balls and natural ability then anything

your right man football is more about cock and balls(aka courage, will power, character, etc.). But i guess i was talking about the importance of training the lower body instead of just pumping bis and tris all fucking day. alot of guys think that just because they can bench 275-300, it means that there a badass. i dont buy that crap for a second, your squat and power clean are a more accurate measure of your ability on the football field.

Of course a guy with a 500+ squat, and a 275lb power clean cant do shit if he doesnt have a pair of fucking balls between his legs.

Another thing, what is the Nebraska workout, isnt that like percentages and stuff?
