Actually, I had the same doctor since I was 5yrs old till about 30yrs old.... He recently retired, anyway..... I did tell him about my use..... He wasn't very happy about it at first, but he actually did research on it after I told him..... Next time I saw him, we had a interesting conversation..... He told me that from his research he had a hard time finding negative studies on the topic..... He said the only negative studies were on 17 alka drugs, but Test and Deca based drugs seemed to be safe if done with moderate doses.... I was pretty shocked, cause my Doc was old school..... However, after he looked into the topic, he found that there isn't sufficent data on steroids being toxic or harmful..... He still wasn't endorsing my use, but I opened his eyes, and I thought it was pretty cool of him to make his own decision based on his own research..... If you know your Doc pretty well, and can talk to him, they will usually listen to you somewhat..... If you tell him you don't want this information on your medical record, and wanna talk to him off the record, he shouldn't put any of the information on your medical chart..... Docs are bound by confidentiality like lawyers, and most are moral, and will honor your request to talk to you off the record..... If they don't, I'd say get a new Doc.....
