Sassy69 New member Jul 31, 2004 #2 Because of the short half life of var, splitting it across the day will get a more even dosing.
Sassy69 New member Aug 4, 2004 #4 Var half life is 9 hrs - so you can keep your dose even by splitting it across the day - morning & night. http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-steroid-half-life.asp

RottenWillow Plat Hero Platinum Aug 4, 2004 #6 I'm planning on splitting two tablets in half for 4 doses daily....7am, noon, 5pm, and bedtime. Is that kind of frequency unneccesary? Last edited: Aug 5, 2004

Click to expand... no....while the halflife is 8-9 hours...the more evenly spread out...the more consistent the blood levels
