Osteoporosis and milk are a debate. I try to have much more vegetables protein. I cock much more product with low salt than fatless. Milk is good a lot except if you don’t make enough of exercise. However, this is much more for breakfasts and before workout with the rower. Actually, I do a lot of rowing , pull-ups and superman with jogging. Also, my basic abs and back training with a 45lbs behind my head. I don’t have a lot of time. Before a running, I drink milk and after whey.
