do you include protein from

non dairy meat or protein shakes?

I am currently working out all of macro's for my cutting diet i am starting.

Do you include protein from other sauces such as veg ect. i know that they don't contain all the amino's of meat dairy etc... so do you include them?

cheers buddy i just wanted to make sure as i never used to and thought this might be where the extra cals were coming from.

I too am cutting and appreciate that mate have done a lot of work in excel to get the right diet with the right foods and if this was not right i would have to have started again.
 
If you're consuming the standard 1.0g/pound then you can count all sources of protein(assuming a normal mixed bodybuilder diet). If you're consuming substantially less than that you can look at the PCDAAS and multiply your protein consumption by the the PCDAAS score. That means dairy and eggs are counted one for one, beef protein counts at .92 and most vegetable sources are .4 or .5 per gram.
