i know they are there because i can fell em!!!!

i just cant see them............ i guess thats what happens when you put on 87 lbs in 8 months......... oh well........ i guess we want see them again untill december......... they will be ripped by april......... thats when the contest is

Yeah.....still progressing. Not as fast as I would like, but as long as I can see improvement I'm satisfied. I'll get those new stats to you at the beginning of the new year so we can see the difference and where I need to go from there.

You hit it on the head.

So many of the guys who don't have to WORK for their abs don't really care that they have them, and would rather be bigger. And all the guys with the muscles but also some fat want abs.
 
you dont have to work that hard to get abbs..... train your abs.... not like any magizine you have read

if your going for looks then do........
abs till failure once every 3 days

abs worked but not to failure every other day

or one set to stimulate each day.... nothing major

and then avoid the refridgerator

but for us power lifters....... bring on the refridgerator....... we try to eat everything in it and then try to carry it

I'm tall and skinny, but my abs suck unless I'm really restricting calories and doing a ton of endurance work.

Just as my name suggests, I'm skinny-fat!
 
Mine are starting to come back after 6 weeks on my diet.... I have another 4 weeks to really bring them out.

So they're definitely there, just still a bit soft....
