I missed my workout last night so I need to do it this morning. My bones are stiff and I have terrible workouts in the morning. Energy is not as high. Body is not use to it. How about you?
I'm SO not a morning person, I really can't even think clearly until noon. I usually get to the gym in the evenings...recently I've gone in after 10pm and I love it...the place is nearly empty, they close at midnight.
For me, working out in the morning is not that bad. As long as I can get to bed by 10 PM and get up and eat a light breakfast I am in good shape. Sometimes it is difficult to get the joints to function properly. . they are still a sleep and not in the mood to push heavy weights.

I awaken at about 6:30am to help my 6th grader get ready for school and off on the bus and while she is getting ready I press myself to do my cardio...and this is before I have to get my other 2 kids up. I am naturally a night owl so this is very unlike me, but I will "do what I have to do to get where I want to get." I want to maintain my physique and lose fat and so far so good. I sure suffer, though.
