I never run Tren solo, it's always stacked with Test. I'm similar to the guys who get the horns in the first few weeks then everything weakens after that. In my present cycle, I added 250 iu HCG 2xweek and .5 mg Adex ed. That helped with volume but didn't charge up my libido and the volume increase is marginal. The positive side is my gf doesn't mind giving bjs cuz there isn't much to swallow.

i never run tren long enough to experience any meaningful sexual side effects other than increased libido. but i wont EVER run it for more than 6 weeks. normally its 2-4 weeks

I usually don't have problems when I run test either (like I am now), but right now in Week 4 of 75mg tren ED and 600mg enanth weekly, I'm having trouble reaching orgasm with my girlfriend. Maybe it is mental, but I've noticed my cardio abilities are drastically reduced during sex, and I get easily worn out after 25 minutes or so. Maybe its a prolactin increase, because usually I haven't had as much as a problem while running dostinex in the past. I'll give it another week or two and see what happens when I drop the tren in Week 7.
