Do you always make eye contact?

You know sitting at the red light, walking past someone in the parking lot at the grocery store, gas station... etc? I tend to be an eye contact person, not for intimidation puposes but I was taught to keep my head high and look a person in the eye to show confidence and awareness. I find that beit where I am... usually sitting in the car at a red light and just look over and see someone looking at me, I make it a pt to make direct eyecontact with them and at least 90% of the time they immediately look away.

I don't think I look mean or anything so I'm not sure if its just that some people are uncomfortable looking people in the eye or not.

Maybe it's because they were staring at your tits and are embarrased.

LOL

maybe so

I agree, with you, eye contact is a simple courtesy just like a smile or a “good morning”. You live here in California, people are basically very polite.

However when lifting I never make eye contact or speak with anyone, different circumstances, and focus.

I always make eye contact, but for different reasons depending on the situation. It shows confidance but also respect. Nobody wants to talk with someone that is looking everywhere but at you.

I don't stare though because I frigin hate that. I find most people when you look into their eyes....they grow vvveeerrryyyy sssllleeeeppppyyyy. :)

exactly, confidence and respect. Just like a hand shake tells alot about a person. The way you walk or your posture... etc. I was also taught to shake a person hand with both my hands. Sounds weird I know, but was taught that it shows a sense of warmpth and hospitality and that you are genuine.

It depends. Sometimes I'll walk right past people and not really even notice. Sometimes I'll nod, and if it's a hot chic I'll do this :licker: but like I said it depends on my mindstate at the time and how many people are in the area I'm walking through. The more people, the less likely I am to pay attention to any of them.

I make eye contact with all dudes as a sign of respect and to show I ain't to be messed with and as for women. I make a short eye contact and then look down. It is a southern thing and I can't do anything about it cause my mother taught me to never stare at a lady. If I didn't do it she would slap me from the grave I am sure.

Did you say people in CA are very polite? It must be different in Kal-eeh-fornia than when I lived there. Nothing but pricks EVERYHWERE. I'm used to southern hospitality though so that may be it.
