Just had another thought about BBs -- we often forget that the "look" that everyone imagines when you say "bodybuilder" is someoen who is jacked up & ripped at 3% and all oiled up on stage flexing. That's how they look maybe 3% of the time. 20% of the time they may look pretty good, lean, etc. And then there's "off season" and "bulking time". Again, raw generalization, but for both male & female competitive BB's that "off season" phase usually means adding 20 lbs and wearing the "fat clothes". Depends on if you like that look as well.
I guess what I'm sayign is that its one thing to be attracted to "the look", but with it comes the lifestyle and dedicated BB's (competitive or not) will either place you 2nd to that lifestyle (gym, diet, etc.) or if you embrace it too, then the look is just part of it.
