Hey guys, I haven't done power lifting since high school. I have been working out for about 5 yrs now, I'm 22, but mostly with an emphasis on bodybuilding. For the past ten weeks I've switched my workout to power lifting. My stats are as follows;
I'm 181 lbs
Bench 310 lbs
Squat 380 lbs
Power Clean 235 lbs
I just started Dead lifting yesterday, but I'm really psyched about this and I want to know if I have any potential? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!!
