Yes, they should if they have any thought of getting busy later on. I was with one who wasn't so fresh right before I left school and she actually pulled my head back up when I went to go down on her! I was too drunk to notice how bad it smelled on my fingers I guess. I could smell it though when I got my face there and good thing she pulled me up cuz it wouldn't've been very fun.
