do chest shots work?if so how do you go about doing them?

it depends on what you're injecting. If it's something like suspension or slin, then MAYBE. MAYBE.

If you put enan in your right quad, does it grow more than your left?

How is that possible, its a 5/8" pin going into a muscle. All your organs are back inches behind your rib cage. There is no way you can die from that.
I have done chest injects several times and had zero probs.

Die from chest inject ? Shoot from the side straight in next to your armpit, I've used up to a 1.5". I don't know about the size benefit, but I like rotating as many sites as possible.

I tried a chest inject the other day because of a thread that had taken place about it. Used 25g 1". Went right in and was painless. Afterwards there was a little bit of a charle horse feeling that made we want to keep stretching out my chest. But after stretching it went away in about 1 hour. After that I couldn't only slightly tell that I had even injected. I liked it and will use the chest in the future.

back aways guys used to say you want to take your shots as far away from your heart as possible. i tried shooting in the chest once- it really hurts, cant think of anything positive to come out of it. that whole site injection bullshit craze has come and gone- it doesnt work. if you want an area to grow- isolate it. this always works.as an example- my chest has always lagged behind. when i had no weights and could only do pushups for a long while, it became a strong point, this is your proof. this is why top guys train everything , from every angle- because it works. if youve ever switched to a job with lots of physical labor, your body will take on a new look within a few weeks, because your lifting/moving in everyway. kinda besides the point but now im thinking. also if your gonna go anywhere with a needle, fill it with at least 2 cc. why damage your muscle/nerves with a poke for 1/2cc?

I did one yesterday. Last shot of cycle

25g 1"
Straight into the middle of the lower pec (sternal head). Pretty much buried it, aspirated, and shot in 1/2 cc. Painless, easy.

My chest is not that big. You don't have to worry too much about poking organs.

Go by feel when you're pushing it in. Don't dart it in fast like a glute shot. Rather, push it in slowly. You'll feel when it penetrates the fascia. After that, go in a little more, maybe 1cm, so you're in the muscle belly.

My quads are so dense that it requires too much pressure and force to get the needle in the muscle. I even hit a vein yesterday -- OUCH. I'm tired of shooting quads. The chest inject was a nice change. I think I'll be doing more of them next cycle.

Oh, and one more thing I learned on my first cycle: LOW DOSAGES SUCK!!!

so you admit that there are many more knowlegable people than you, but you state that many people have died from doing chest injections. so either one you really DO know people that died and are therefore knowlegable or you are bullshitting in which case there was no point in posting that.

bottom line is that site injects dont work, possibly with gh or igf-1- but not sustanon. if anything your damaging nerves/bloodvessels with the bigass needle. i can knock it because i did it for years and havent noticed anything. didnt read or hear about it - i tried it, doesnt work. shoot where its most comfortable for you

Shoot as far away from the heart as possible. LOL,this is such shit, the only way you can damage your heart is if you break your breastplate with the pin, and I gurantee you that a 23-25 g pin will break off the syngy before you break through your chestplate. Doctors that inject endorphins and adrenaline into patients hearts in hospitals use 14-16g cannons and STAB through there chest to hit the heart. Site injects aren't for locally improving a lagging body part, as I think everyone that does a little research knows this by now, it's more for cycling injection sites.

It's true. Chest injects will also increase your chance of spontaneous human combustion. Someone told me this once and he read it on a website. So don't start a debate with me.
