DNP & HGH cycle starting tomorrow Morning, suggestions?

I am at 25% body fat ATM. done the dnp cycle before but never with HGH.

I am going to be having 200mg DNP per day and 4iu of HGH per day (HGH split into 2, 1iu morning and 1iu before bed)

1 hour Fasted cardio like boxhit etc 5x per week at 6am and 1 weekend class (any time i feel like it)

I am going to run the DNP for 30 days and then have 1 week off and then get back on it.

What % Body Fat would be achievable here in 30 days?
 
Strictly low carb, as much water as i can posssibly drink per day,

7am - oats and water
10am - cottage cheese & 2 rice cakes
12pm - lean meat with salad/veg
2.30pm - 50g of plain nuts
5pm - lean meat with veg/salad
7pm - Whey Protein shake
 
I would not use DNP - it can literally kill you, and fast. Besides, it can cause permanent nerve damage, which is not good either. Why not use safer and healthier alternatives? If you can not lose weight with your diet, it is pointless to run any compounds for fat loss if you don't have the diet dialed in.
 
Here's the thing and as per a reply elsewhere - I'm not that keen on guys using DNP. All too often I see posts where the user is not training or dieting properly. Then they throw DNP in the mix and hope it;ll do the job hard work would do. They will also, again typically, be first timer users and within days we will see a post where they suddenly actually struggle with the side effects.

So how long have you been training and why DNP now?
 
30 days of DNP is very long man

it is good to have a plan but trust me by day 7 you will be tired of it.. i have ran it 3X and can't stand it past 10 days
 
25% bf is high, you should get down to 12-14% bf without anything and then use the GH. You're just wasting your money at this point IMO.

25% - 12% is easy with just diet and training alone, if you can't do that get yourself a dietitian.
 
Ive used DNP before at 200mg for 3 weeks and had no sides apart from heat and fatigue, ive lost 22lbs to date. i now feel stuck at 25% BF and was thinking about having the DNP and HGH to push me under the 20% mark. Are these good to mix? ive had 200mg DNP and 1iu this morning. another 1iu before bed. So im wasting my time with the HGH and it will do nothing given my BF%?
 
I would just get into a caloric deficit every single day and use some fasting here and there. Maybe do a 24 hour fast once per week. I wouldn't bother with using DNP or HGH.
