DNP at 6% b/f.....???

I am currently on HGH (4iu/day), Winny (50mg EOD), Test (250/wk), T3 (25mcg/day, and alternating between clen and ECA every 2 weeks.

I am currently at 6% ish b/f at the mo - I have measured 4 times and each reading has either said 5 or 6% so I am going for 6%. I want to achieve that ultimate paper thin pre-contest look for the summer and I feel i am very verynearly there however I still do not have ripped glutes and ass which is what i really absolutely want to achieve (never have before) and want tonarrow my waist as much as possible. This is the hardest part for me mentally now...

My quest is do you think it is 'safe' to add in DNP for maybe a weeks cycle at such a low body fat already. We all know the dangers associated with DNP and research has been a vital part. The results also associated with DNP I feel would absolutely bring out the look I have always wanted to achieve....

...but would this be definitely asking for trouble?

Any help, experiences is much appreciated

Also I would just like to add I know some of you guys are no dout bound to question b/f percentage at the mo but take into consideration i am 5' 9 1/2'' and have a naturally narrow waist...maybe put percentage to one side and just say that I am extremely low at the moment
 
I personally wouldn't touch DNP. Isn't 5-6% bodyfat low enough???
 
You've got to be kidding bro! If I was 6%...DNP would be the last thing I'd do... Actually...its already the last thing I'd do.
 
man, aren't you acting a little obsessive with your weight at 5-6% ?? !! I was at 6.8 % once and my goal is to get back to tha again (i'm currently 10%). but even at 10, i wouldnt touch that crap (dnp) due to how dangerous it is..

As mentioned guys it is the hardest for me mentally at the moment and yes maybe weight does become an issue - I have found that pre-contest/cutting cycles can actually become like an eating disorder if not careful but for me i feel it is just something I want to achieve more than anything at the moment. I will be shooting modelling pics also if i get there and will maybe post on Avatar if comes out good. DNP will always be controversial as we all know...but from experience is it ''safe'' at such a low body fat or will it increase the risk of complication

I hear what your saying bro...its that last bit thats the hardest mentally and physically. But you have to know when to draw the line and say "I'm there". For me, its DNP...I'll get as low as I can without it...but I'm not comfortable with the risk from that stuff.
Its gonna be tough to find guys who have taken DNP @ 6% and can give you their experience...I just don't think many have gone there.

i know what you mean about it becoming a disorder. I was obsessed with trying to get myself down to 6%. I held it for quite a long time before I eventually went back up to about 10%. I'm very obsessive when it comes to my looks (love handles etc) so I know where you are coming from. But I think that if you are already at 6%, why don't you talk to jenetic here and ask him for help on the diet. I'm sure if you carefully watch your diet, you will get there. Eventually, it is ALL about the diet... gl, and i hope you dont' try dnp.. just for your health etc..
 
Jenetic gave me awesome advice before without DNP, there are serious health issues at that low a Bf %, try a different approach first.
 
Thanks for feedback and advise guys - to be honest I feel my diet is near on spotless but its just mentally going for that extra say few weeks...I feel drained and mind is going ''hay-wire''. I am also kinda obsessed with my looks so I am def with you on that one (are we not all though)...may sound stupid but especially my smile and when it comes to fat on the face - I cannot have any fat on my face at all or i will basically just try not to smile (when bulking that is) I dont know if any of you guys have got to this sad and insane stage but its mad....Maybe because of the attention get from the girls i just cant be without it :qt:

I may take that up and have a chat though!!!!

i just ended my dnp run on saturday. but come to find out, i think it was underdosed due to creatine being the filler when it was capped. so i think the 2 things are fighting each other. but anyway, i should be noticing weight loss in the next 4-7 days.

bro, if your at 6%, i'd go with like winny/tren/primo, something like that. it doesn't sound like its bf you need to get rid of, just some tightening up. maybe some halo as well. by the way, what is your weight?

I am 185lbs at the mo at 5'9 1/2 - stats are all in my profile. I am barley holding any body fat on me at all apart from about i'd say 4lbs on my ass which i am trying to rid of and face could be a lil tighter...i want to achieve something i have never achieved before and to get so lean it looks incredible and freaky. I have no problem with mantaining my muscle at current staying mentally focused to keep going is the problem which I feel is now very very hard

To be honest buddie I dont think that it would do any good. I was looking towards DNP as a very last solution, and an easy one at that. Check my current diet out below and see what you think;

Meal 1 - 50g Oats
8 egg whites (scrambled)

Meal 2 - Low carb protein shake

Meal 3 - Chicken breast
50g whole grain rice
Broccoli

Meal 4 - (same as meal 2)

Meal 5 - 8 egg whites

Meal 6 - protein shake

Before bed - another shake

Every evening before bed I now have to take 3 Ephedrine tabs just to supress my appetite during the night -

I am just outside Ketosis and would always add carbs if i fall into...

....plus i hit cardio an hour every day, 30 min morning and 30 evening and not including hard workouts :worried:
This is really the last straw for me
 
Taking DNP at your bodyfat would be a very nonsensical thing to do. Please do not do something that stupid. Keep up what you are doing and you will come in paper thin, do DNP and you may not be there at all.

Think you need to add some efa's to that diet bro like some flaxseed oil with your bedtime shake.Maybe others will chime in with more specific information on what to do.
 
Oh Yes The DNP boogie man, It seems like anymore when ever DNP is mentioned around here everyone jumps on the band wagon to tell you how dangourous it is. DNP is no more dangerous than Ephadrene. We all are all feeling the effect of that ban, casue some fat ass unhealty baseball player took a nose dive during try outs. If you use DNP in a Intellagent matter its not that bad, and very effective. I am on day 10 of 14 currenlty. I say go for it, at that low of a Body fat, you could reach your goals in about 5 days. PM if you any questions, I will help you out as much as I can..

Of course I didnt mention supps though - Flaxseed oil is one of the most important supps for cutting for me in addition to vitamins, glutamine etc.

I have decided guys I am going to hit on the DNP, for a week only. I am going to achieve the leanest and freakiest look I have ever achieved before and will post pics (if I can) once off. I have done alot of research on this stuff and now think i am ready and rolling.

With DNP, one wrong dose and you just might burn out.....

I'm a firm beleiver in DNP but never heard of anyone trying it at that BF before. Definitely interested if anyone will chime in.
