Dizzy when standing up.. Anyone else?

Just this past week and a half I'm noticing this happens quite frequently. A few times, when I get out of bed in the morning, and just now getting up out of my office chair.

I take a few steps, then kinda can't see (black spots), I get all dizzy and feel like I might wipe out. Once last week in the morning I kinda crashed onto my knees.

What could be causing this, any ideas?

(Never had this before in my life, so it's something I'm doing, or taking recently)

Eph is at 25 mgs a day normally. Once or twice I've taken 50 mgs/day. That should be cool right Shadow?

It's odd because it suddenly started happening, and I've always gotten up fast..

Will go slower (granny-style) for the next few days and see..

25 mg up to 3x per day is fine

Oral yohimbine(as you know)

.....hydration can make a difference as well

This has happened to me when I first drastically cut out carbs, atkins style. Not sure if this is a possibility for you, but just thought I'd throw it out there.
 
This has always happened to me, for as long as I can remember. I don't kow what causes it for me, but sometimes it is bad enough that I think I'm gonna hit the floor. I just have to stop or slow down for a minute, then it goes away.

DRINK MORE WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blacking out happens to a lot of people, especially those who start working out but don't get proper hydration. It happened to me, it happened to my best friend when I got him started working out, etc. Even though I DIRECTLY told him that he needs more water, he didn't really listen. Fortunately I was right behind him when he passed out, and was able to catch him.
