Hey Dirk, nice to see you back. Are you talking about mescaline? I dont know if its a juice, but its found in several cacti plants the most common is peyote. They cut the buds off the top and ingest those.
 
Yep. Soma Juice was used by ancient Brahmans from around 5000 years ago. Scholars are not sure what it actually was being there is no extant Soma plant. But, it must be something like mescaline in that you would squeeze out the juice of a plant and drink the juice and get high from it and communicate with higher powers.

Yeah, Im sure its some psychedelic that they used for their shamanic rituals. Im not quite sure who the Brahmans are. Have you ever tried any psychedelics like that and communicated with a higher power or similar? I know you posted that you had tried dxm on a thread of mine, but you said it was just a lil bit.
 
I tried mushrooms once. Cool actually. This was many years ago.

To be honest, the more I studied philosophy, science and religion, you start to communicate with higher powers. Or what I believe, higher power COMES TO YOU. You get more insight through studying, personal sacrifice and becoming more intelligent and "mental" then doing drugs, literally hallicuinating and being an idiot.

I personally rarely do drugs. In the last 15 years, I have only used alcohol and use it as a rare stress reliever. I get drunk or drink (what is the point of drinking alcohol) about 2 to 5 times a year. I am addicted to work and have to keep mentally and physically active. Getting drunk is a good stress reliever and not a escape method for me.

Not dissing it, but drugs can f up your mind and body if used on a regular basis.
 
I hear ya at that bro, I dont do anything anymore, just some experimentation awhile back with D nothing else or harder b/c it was legal and cheap. I dont even drink anymore myself.

What type of work do you do? I took a break from the boards when you came on so I havent read much of your stuff, but from what I see youre one of the most popular posters here and conversely unpopular among people, it amuses me to no end how much you just saying your beliefs are can just get people to go nuts. LOL

Jim Morrison was a cool dude, but his f'd up women, killed him. Ever read the biography by his wife Patricia Kennelly?

He was a shaman and a poet who used music to express his poetry and art.
Good concept.
IMO, music is more about sound expression and less about lyrics though.

I like Jim Morrison's music too but you cannot blame women for his choice of using drugs Dirk!

Here is the deal.
Jim Morrison understood the dangers of Herion. He knew it would kill you. Look at Hendrix, Keidis, and Cobain first tried to commit suicide by Herion overdose but could not do it, so he used a shotgun. So Morrison only used alcohol and coke when available. He was an alcoholic but he was smart and used this drug because he knew it would not kill him.

At any rate, Pam, his live in girl knew Jim hated when she used Herion and would hide it from him. She got the herion with her long time fling with a French count.
Jim and Pam moved to Paris because he did not want to go to jail.

So here is what happened:

Jim and Pam were together in their apartment and Jim found a bag of white powder. Pam knew Jim would be seriously pissed if he found out that she was doing herion, so she said it was Coke. Jim then said, great lets do some. Being he thought it was coke he did alot of it being you have to do alot of coke, he overdosed on it being it was Herion.

Pam did not want to fess up that she was doing Herion so (to some extent) let Jim snort it and OD on it.

Later she confessed that she did something so bad she could not say what it was. She told her family about it and made sure that the movie did not mention Pam's use of Herion. There is this one girl who Pam told the story to. The buried Morrison as hastily as possible to cover it up and tried to make him anonymous as possible as Jim Morrison, occupation: poet.

She could have killed Jim Morrison to get his money. Jim recently wrote her into his will as sole beneficiary. Remember, Pam had an very extensive affair with a french count who got her the herion and it could have been his idea.

Pam later became a prostitute and died of a Herion OD three years later.

lol, actually, i have heard that many times. from doctors. it's getting off of it that is more dangerous. that and the collapsing arteries.
