different grips when curling

if I was to curl a flat bar to really get a pump going and do drop sets how would you set that up?
What are the differences between doing wide grip and tight grip?

Also what do you think about reversing the grip palms in and out with alternate hands

If for no other reason than the mental challenge try cambered, straight and thick bar.

Those new 'flat' bars are a waste of time
