Dieting

No i eat chicken sometimes. But eaither way your right i have to change my diet around to fit my needs for my goal. Also 130lbs for my height might be a little to light i just thought the lighter i am the quiker ill run. What do you think would be a relistic weight for me allowing me still to have muscle and speed.
Can't tell you, hon. Figure out your frame size, first, there's several calculators out there, try a few of them, get your elbow width, too. Going by the size of your frame, find a height/weight chart, look at a couple.

You're probably going to want to be in the 150/160 range, at least. And muscle is dense, takes up less space than fat. I mean, supposedly Lance Armstrong is 5'11 and weighs 160 to give you a perspective.
