Dieting in college

So i been back to lifting but dieting is harder.

Can't get as much good meats and calories to build muscle here.
6'0 175.

We have a salad bar and random foods at a cafeteria Sometimes ya get lucky with breadsticks and pasta.

On the weekdays its not bad cause we have a sub place, a pasta place for Meaty spagheti with breadsticks and Chinese (is chinese bad)
I just get chicken fried rice with chicken (heaps of it)

Weekdays ill eat that and sometimes get chik-fil-a nuggets.
Is this diet looking bad?
Dont ahve a stove/oven here but i do have a microwave.
Im going to hit up target this week and need some ideas of finger foods/ microwavable foods that will help me put on good weight.


Please make my college dieting/lifting plan work.
 
Whew!!! IMO ... get the dangerous carbos out.

Zero in on clean meat/fish/fowl ... grilled with no skin. (Poison!) Go to a super market and get a cooked chicken. Eat it over a couple of days. Get a small griller.

Eat lots of colorful veggies with hardboiled eggs.

Eat tuna and salmon out of the can.

You are young so hit the fresh fruit and clean whole grain products a little. Remember ... these products are fast sugar and there is a Diabetes 2 epidemic amoung young people now.

Read labels on meal products, frozen or canned. Get the lowest salt and carb.

Take a chewable multi-vit and omega 3.

Water and decafs ... stay away from any sodas.
 
YEa could anybody hit me up with the name and brand of some foods i could find at walmart?

What about certain peanuts?

I want something that is good, fast and easy to make.

ANything that wonderful out there?

If there isnt enough time in a given day should i get a meal replacement bar?
Recomendations and advice please.
 
I went ahead and bought some 97% fat free chicen breast by tyson in the easy to eat bag.


Also got jerky and pure protein bars for quick snacks.

anything to put on the chicken breast to give more flavor.

Will prolly get more tuna/chicken breast/oatmeal next time.

How is this looking?
 
If you can, get some eggs, tuna, low fat cottage cheese, soy nuts, wheat bread, peanuts and natural peanut butter. Eat lots of that and repeat. Mmmm good.

Any meal-replacement bars/shakes that are relatively cheap?

I need stuff on the go and NO cooking since im in the dorm.
