i am just about 18 months into my body transformation plan (all natural except 6 weeks of winstrol ending 2/28/03). i did this to get to my peak condition and never get too far off it again -- why, because after a very heavy cycle with poor estrogen maintenance i blew up with estrogenic fat, waist and handles over 41". i am currently at 34.5" at both, shoulders have stayed the same at 53" since 02.
i am currently 5'5", 196lbs., between 10 and 11% bf. i started at 220 (sometimes a few lbs. over) and + 25% bf.
i swore i wouldn't lose muscle and flatten out while doing this and i haven't.
i am currently doing very well but am very close to the end point i have set, simply put ripped up with some nice symmetrical size. i am not a freak wanna be, i feel i am heavy enough for my size.
as of now i follow this diet schedule:
training days i eat (monday - wednesday - friday):
2280 cal. / 270 g protein / 75 g carbs / 75 g fat
***25 grams of carbs in postworkout shake and the rest as vegetables
non training days i eat (tuesday - thursday):
2100 cal. / 215 g protein / 75 g carbs / 75 g fat
***27 grams of carbs in 1/2 cup oatmeal, the rest in vegetables
saturday - slowly begin carb up with oatmeal at all meals, dinner i eat what i want, anything
sunday - heavy carb load, try and be moderately healthy with some exceptions for obvious physcological reasons ---- plus as i have found, the closer i have gotten to the present the more important heavy carb loading has been necessary. if i do not load heavy i sometimes feel alittle off in muscle fullness.
i eat low carb like this because i flatten out with low fat and moderate carbs, when i started dieting in '02 my numbers were more like 250 g prot./ 200 g carbs / 30 g fat.
i am alittle confused now as of which way to go, i do not want to flatten out and i want to continue the steady fat reduction, i prefer the weight come off very slow like it has all along.
what should i do?
i was thinking of adding in maybe 150 extra calories from fat each day, waiting a week and seeing how things are going.
anyone with experience please let me know what you think, any advice you may have. i am doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, walking and keeping the heart rate between 110 and 130.
i have a doc's appt. on 5/30, i made the mistake of having a physical 6 weeks after i ended the winstrol and my cholestrol wasn't fully recovered, so i have to go back again. if everything comes back ok, i am going to run a very low dose test/winstrol cycle (even though i swore off of winstrol forever, but i found out the other product i was going to use is fake so i am stuck with no options).
thanks for any help possible.
