If you are trying to cut up try eating 5-7 meals. Try to eat every 2-3 hrs, meals consisting of high protein, 40 grams, and high fiber; mostly vegetables. If you find it hard to get in that many meals throw in a couple of Whey Protein Shakes. Supplements that should be taken are Omega 3, Flax Seed Oil, Multivitamin, and Vitamin C. Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will burn the fat off also. You can add a Thermogenic. These are just some basic things that work. Surf this board there are alot of good suggestions. Good Luck

I agree with this. Here's several ideas as far as some types of foods you might want to make part of your daily menu but you might already know this, if so cool! You can have grilled chicken breasts, steamed potatoes, broccoli, cottage cheese, skim milk, tuna and salmon or fish in general you can also try a little bit of salsa with the tuna i think it's pretty good. Rice cakes, brown or basmati rice (1cup),whey shakes and egg whites.

Try to keep your diet high in protein with moderate carbs and no sugars or fats, also try and cut your carbs at 5p.m.. You will also notice that your energy level will not be as high as before because of the lack of carbs but you'll get used to it. You may experience some stomach cramps for a while i know i do. Drink lots of water so your bowel movements go easy, if you know what i mean, this happens because of the elevated protein level in your body.

And last but not least your probably going to find this diet very bland because it's so limited and clean, i know that me and my buddy's get pretty freakin sick of the same foods day in and day out for 10-13 weeks but don't give up keep going and watch yourself change, don't worry so much about the scale the mirror is the best guage. GOOD LUCK BRO!
